I am a trauma-sensitive therapist who believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to be listened to without fear of being judged or shamed for who and what you love and how you got here. I provide confidential online therapy for adults (18+) who live in Pennsylvania.
I offer an open space to explore what has happened in your life, not to determine what is “wrong” with you. My clinical point of view is feminist, sex-positive, trauma-sensitive, anti-oppressive, and harm-reductionist. Areas within mental health I am particularly called to are: sexuality and relationships, overcoming sexual trauma, religious trauma, social anxiety, existential questioning, pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive health. I work with clients struggling with chronic illnesses, especially autoimmune conditions, including psoriasis. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in professional dance companies for a decade, and I love working with artists, musicians, and dancers in therapy.
I am a mom, an artist, and have worked in college counseling and collegiate interfaith chaplaincy.
I have a Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, and I’ve been in the field since 2022.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania. I am working under the supervision of Meghan Morley, LPC #PC010781, since I am still within my first 3,000 hours of professional experience. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
