You are seeking mental health therapy for: trauma and PTSD, including religious trauma; relationship and attachment concerns; depression; anxiety, including social anxiety; life transitions; identity issues; reproductive health; perinatal mental health concerns; and chronic illness.
You may have intersecting existential concerns, a desire to explore your spirituality, and sexual trauma. You want to explore life’s big questions while also navigating day-to-day or acute stress from work, life, and/or being a parent.
You are interested in a clinical point of view that is intersectional feminist, sex-positive, trauma-sensitive, anti-oppressive, and harm-reductionist. You are interested in therapy with a humanistic, person-centered base that is influenced by feminist, psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-focused modalities.
